Order Confirmation and Tracking:
Once you place your order by clicking on the "Order Finished" button, you will see the order confirmation page, fill in all informations and an e-mail containing your kingvertu.com order number will be sent to you. If you do not receive the confirmation email, contact us directly via MSN / E-mail at kingvertu@hotmail.com.
Orders usually shipped within 2 days after we confirm the payment. Once your order has been shipped, we will e-mail you within the next 24 hours reflecting that your order has been shipped with tracking number. It will indicate which carrier was used and a method of tracking the order to your door. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery.

We accept returns for exchange or repair for the following reasons:

In order to return your products, send an e-mail to kingvertu@hotmail.com explaining the reason you wish to return your order, we will reply promptly and instruct you where to return your bag(s). Do not return to sender. You must contact us before returning any items in order to receive a refund or replacement.
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We provide free shipping to you and do not charge a restocking fee. We will lose the initial cost of shipping to you, and so, unfortunately, can not offer to pay the return fees.

Warranty Policy:
Provide any NON man-made problem happen within one year, the buyer can return the goods to exchange or repair.
